The Crystallized Mind - by Leslie Smith

Many individuals walk around with crystallized minds. To be in this particular state of mind, one has closed off all doors. These individuals walk around with their minds set for life. There is nothing that they question, because in truth, to question anything would mean the possibility of a change within themselves or those around them. Fear is what holds back the crystallized mind. Fear is the biggest obstacle one can face in this life. I would venture to say that Fear constitutes pretty much everything we encounter that holds us back. Fear of death, fear of poverty, fear of flying, fear of public speaking, fear of losing someone we love, and the list goes on and on.

So how does one go about releasing this crystallization? First, one must want to release it. From then on, the crystals begin to fall off, one by one.

If one dares to begin to ask themselves questions that they never wanted to ask themselves, such as: ‘Who am I really?’, ‘Where did I really come from?’, ‘What is Life, anyway?’, then, loads of crystals will begin to be released.

Once just one crystal begins to fall away, therein lies a clear light, a light that begins to shine on something you never thought you would begin to see. Changes within yourself begin to take place. You notice that your mind becomes more open, you begin to feel and taste what freedom is and means to you. You begin to find your Truth.

However, many individuals feel safe in the environment of the crystallized mind. Nothing changes, nothing moves, and fear has become his or her comfort.

It is a choice one must make. Live in fear, or live in Truth. To each choice, is a lesson to be learned.

In the Light,

Leslie
